Here is the best way to ensure you don’t lose out on your perfect car.
At Phoenix Car Centre, we understand that you cannot always drop everything to come and view a car immediately, so with this in mind, we have introduced Reserve, Inspect and Collect.
Simply call and speak to the team. We will gladly go through all details of the car, including condition, service history, and even arrange for further photos or videos. Once happy, we ask for a small holding deposit of £200, and we’ll gladly reserve your chosen vehicle whilst you make your arrangements to visit us.
Holding deposits are fully refundable in the unlikely event that you’re unhappy with anything that cannot be rectified on the vehicle, or if third party financing cannot be arranged.
All in your own time!
We know you have made a big decision, so take all the time you need. We will not sit on your shoulder whilst you inspect the car. We simply give you the keys, ask if you need any help, then leave you to it. Once happy, you can test drive the car for as long as you like! Due to our rural location, we have very little traffic issues, and every road condition from country lanes, to the nearby M3.
Drive away the same day or book a convenient day for collection.
Whether you choose to drive away immediately, or need some time to arrange things, we will do all we can to help. All of our cars are checked thoroughly and are ready to leave us as soon as you are.
All cars come as standard with a warranty and long, or in most cases new, MOTs.
